President's Council
The Mitchell-Linden Civic Association has formed a President’s Council comprised of President’s, or their representative, from the original 13 co-ops. We are pleased to announce that 11 of the 13 co-ops have joined together to address the various concerns of the community as well as the individual co-ops. As a group, we also will address the ever increasing cost of running our co-ops and how, as a group, we can benefit each other in purchasing heating fuel or gas and electricity. We will also speak as one voice to oppose the constant increase in our water and sewer bills as well as real estate taxes. These increases are voted on by our local legislators and they have to answer to us.
